Collaborating within Gatekeeper

Collaboration is crucial to good vendor and contract management. Gatekeeper offers several features to support communication and teamwork. A summary is provided below, with links to more detailed articles for further guidance.
Events
Events allow users to manage ad-hoc tasks with ease and efficiency. Users can create and assign tasks with specific due dates and assign an event owner responsible for completing the task. You can add approvals and notifications, and users can communicate directly within the event. See Configure Events for further detail.
Messages
Messages are an easy way of recording information in Gatekeeper against a contract or vendor. You can attach files to keep related documents in one place, and include users without Gatekeeper access in the conversation. See Send Messages in Gatekeeper for further detail.
Files
Gatekeeper allows you to add and store files against contract and vendor records, which can be viewed by other users. Files attached to Messages are also automatically included within this area. To learn more, see Add and Manage Files.
Workflows
Workflows automatically notify relevant stakeholders when action is needed, bringing the right people into the process at the right time.
