Configuring the Import/Export Date Format

This is where you can control the date format used for .csv file imports and exports. It is important that your dates be formatted correctly when importing data so you’ll want to choose whichever format is most convenient for your team to remember.

To find the Import/Export configuration area, please see our article called Configuration: The Fundamentals. This article will pick up from inside the Import/Export section. You must be an Administrator with access to Settings to access the Configuration options.
 

Choosing a date format

At this time, Gatekeeper offers 2 date formats to choose from:

• UK: Formatted as DD/MM/YYYY
• US: Formatted as MM/DD/YYYY

From inside the Import/Export section, simply choose from the dropdown list the format you’d prefer and click Save.
