COVID-19 | How we can help | Chapter 1 

I’m sure we have all been watching the news outlets and are deeply concerned about how our world has changed in a matter of weeks. We are all worried about our loved ones and what the next few months will hold. 

In this time of uncertainty and constant change, we wanted to reach out with this short email to offer help from our team here at Gatekeeper in ways we may be able to support you. 

Here are some ways we think we can help:

eSignature 

The Gatekeeper eSign feature is available on all plans and can be used by an unlimited number of users. 

We have a number of customers struggling to get contracts signed using a traditional ‘wet’ signature approach due to the fragmentation of the workforce and have asked for help.

Risk Module  

The Gatekeeper Risk Module can help you centralise and better understand the risk landscape within your Supplier portfolio. There is detailed information available on our knowledge base here. 

Gatekeeper will provide our Risk Module free of charge for the remainder of 2020 to help you manage this pandemic. This may be extended for a longer period of time if needed. 

We will also provide our services to configure this module, free of charge. Simply contact your Customer Success Manager or open a support ticket.

Remote Working 

Gatekeeper has been a remote-first company for 8 years. Our teams are expert in how to get set up for success with remote work.
