For background please read the User Access Groups Boolean Operator guide
Example Access Group
Entity = Cinergy Technology Ltd
Team = Information Security
Category = IT Software
Supplier = Google
Contract = <blank>
Any Contract linked to any one of the core objects selected above will be provisioned automatically
Secondary association
In addition to the Core objects selected in the access group, additional core objects may be provisioned too due to secondary associations.
i.e.
In the above example the following Contracts will be provisioned:
All Contracts linked to the Entity called Cinergy Technology Ltd
OR (as well as)
All Contracts linked to the Team called Information Security
OR (as well as)
All Contracts linked to the Category called IT Software
OR (as well as)
All Contracts linked to the Supplier called Google
However, from all the Contracts linked to the Team called Information Security, some Contracts may be linked to an Entity other than Cinergy Technology Ltd. If so, these Entities would be secondary associations and only Collaborator access would be provisioned. The same logic applies throughout the Core objects.
Matrix
The following matrix illustrates the access that will be granted for the above example.
