eNegotiate Action - Upload Signed Document

Learn about the user experience when a phase has the Upload Signed Document action enabled, as an alternative action to completing negotiations with Gatekeeper eSign.

When using eNegotiate on a workflow, if the final version is signed outside Gatekeeper, the Upload Signed Document action can be enabled on a phase. This allows the phase owner to upload the signed document, which will be marked as the master record on the contract.

An email notification can be sent to the owner of that phase. They can click View form to view the card within the workflow.

The phase owner can navigate to the workflow card and click Publish

The signed PDF can then be uploaded, along with any comments about the document:

Clicking Submit will complete the upload and set this file as the master record.
