You can set the date format used for .csv file imports and exports. It's important that your dates are formatted correctly when importing data, so it's recommended to select the format that is most convenient for your team to remember. Gatekeeper offers 2 date formats to choose from:
- UK: Formatted as DD/MM/YYYY
- US: Formatted as MM/DD/YYYY
Note: Users require the Administrator role with the Configuration additional permission to complete these steps.
- From the navigation menu, expand the Settings option, then click Configuration.
- Click Import/Export.
- Select the relevant date format
- Click Save.
