Configure the Import/Export Date Format

Set the date format for your CSV file import/exports.

You can set the date format used for .csv file imports and exports. It's important that your dates are formatted correctly when importing data, so it's recommended to select the format that is most convenient for your team to remember. Gatekeeper offers 2 date formats to choose from:

UK: Formatted as DD/MM/YYYY
US: Formatted as MM/DD/YYYY

You must be an Administrator with access to Settings to complete these steps.

From the navigation menu, expand the Settings option, then click Configuration.
Click Import/Export.
Select the relevant date format
Click Save.
