eNegotiate Action - Create Contract and Associate a Contract Master Draft

When using eNegotiate on a workflow, you'll need to create the contract record and select the initial draft agreement before negotiations can begin. The Create Contract and Associate a Contract Master Draft action can be enabled on a phase, prompting the phase owner to manually create a new contract record, then associate a draft document. They can either upload a .doc, .docx, or .pdf as the master draft, or select one already uploaded within the workflow form.
An email notification can be sent to the owner of that phase. They can click View form to view the card within the workflow.
Within the workflow card, review the metadata submitted by the requester and click Create Contract With Draft.
Ensure all mandatory fields are completed.
Next, assign internal and external contract owners.
Finally, either select a file that has been uploaded by the requester to the form, or upload a new file and click Create.
The contract record is now created, linked to the workflow card, and visible in the repository. The draft document can then progress through negotiations, with internal/external parties submitting new versions or accepting the current terms.
