Gatekeeper Integrations securely connects your existing applications with Gatekeeper. Rather than relying on individuals to manually move between systems, Integrations helps to manage complex, multi-step processes involving vendors and contracts. You can trigger processes in Gatekeeper based on events in other platforms, keep data synchronised across systems, and use Gatekeeper as your central source of truth.
With Gatekeeper Integrations, a single process can flow across multiple tools without manual intervention - saving time, reducing errors, and ensuring consistency. For example, you could use Gatekeeper Integrations to:
- Send Slack/Teams notifications when a vendor is created or a contract is signed.
- Push vendor and contract data to Xero and create purchase orders once a contract is approved.
- Create a vendor's profile in Zendesk after they have been onboarded in Gatekeeper.
- Push Monday deals data to Gatekeeper, and create a vendor and trigger a contract workflow.
