Gatekeeper Minimum System Requirements
Gatekeeper is a web-based SaaS (software as a service) application that runs in a web browser and is responsive to all standard desktop and mobile device resolutions.
Gatekeeper is built, tested, and supported to work in the following web browsers:
If you or your organisation still use Internet Explorer (IE), switch to another browser as soon as possible.
- In line with Microsoft, Gatekeeper no longer tests or supports Internet Explorer.
- Because Microsoft has stopped releasing security updates for Internet Explorer, you may experience performance issues.
For guidance on switching, see Microsoft's Make the Switch to Microsoft Edge article.
IT departments can also visit the Microsoft Internet Explorer lifecycle FAQ for migration guidance and further information on the deprecation of IE 11.
On mobile devices (smartphones & tablets), we support the following browsers:
- Safari
- Chrome
Note: Gatekeeper works on mobile browsers, but some pages may not display optimally in a responsive format. Keep this in mind when deciding where to perform the majority of your Gatekeeper tasks.
Browser Configuration Requirements
The following must be enabled for Gatekeeper to work properly. These settings are already enabled by default in most web browsers:
- JavaScript enabled
- Cookies enabled
Gatekeeper may work in other browsers or legacy versions of supported browsers, but these are not officially supported.
Ensure you are always using the latest version. If you find issues in any of our supported browsers, please contact Gatekeeper Support.
Note: It's recommended to have an upload speed of at least 10Mbps when uploading large files to Gatekeeper.
