Revoke Access

Revoking a user's access prevents them from logging into their account, without having to archive their profile.

Note: Revoking access prevents the user from logging in, but their profile can still be selected when assigning owners. To remove them from these dropdowns, reassign their records and archive their profile.

To do this:

  1. From the navigation menu, expand the Settings option, then click Users.
  2. Expand the 3 dots on the relevant row, then select Edit.
    edit users
  3. Select the Revoke Access to Gatekeeper checkbox.
  4. Click Save.

Note:  Any users who are Help Desk Users also need to have their Help Desk messages re-assigned prior to revoking access.
