The latest enhancements to Gatekeeper

1. Vendor Portal - Modal View

Forms within the Vendor Portal now open seamlessly in a new modal popup when clicked, instead of a new page.

What does this mean for you?

Incorporating the vendor forms in a modal window removes the need for the page to refresh which greatly improves the overall user experience and reduces the time required to review and update many vendor forms on a regular basis. Learn more about the Vendor Portal Module


2. Workflows - Highlighted Overdue SLA Cards

Workflow cards that have an overdue SLA will now be highlighted in Red on the workflow table view, differentiating them from the other cards.

What does this mean for you?

Managing and monitoring large numbers of cards on workflows with many phases can be challenging. Displaying overdue SLA cards in red will greatly help users to identify and prioritise the cards that are most urgent and that require immediate attention.
