- Lumin Extract - Supplier Match Service: Keep your vendor universe clean by automatically matching contracts to the right supplier (including close matches via LuminIQ AI) or creating a new vendor where no match exists.
AutoContract: From third-party contract file to record in one step
Upload a third‑party agreement and AutoContract uses Lumin Extract to capture the essentials:
- Key dates
- Values
- Third Party
- Renewal terms
- Obligations
As you confirm these details and review the Lumin Extract outputs, Gatekeeper builds the contract record in real time.
When you finish, you land on a live record that’s instantly searchable and enriched with Lumin Insights (contract summary and obligations). From there, you can trigger reviews, approvals, or renewal workflows without delay.
Supplier Match Service: No more duplicate suppliers
Contracts are only as good as the suppliers they’re linked to.
The Supplier Match Service ensures that every agreement is tied to the correct supplier. It checks for exact and close matches (using LuminIQ to detect near‑duplicates and naming variants).
If no trustworthy match exists, Gatekeeper automatically creates a new, clean vendor record - keeping the link between contract, spend, and risk intact.
Availability
AutoContract and Supplier Match Service are available as part of the August 2025 Product Release for all Gatekeeper customers.
