AutoContract: From third party contract file to record in one step
Upload a third party agreement and AutoContract uses Lumin Extract to capture the essentials:
- Key dates
- Values
- Third Party
- Renewal terms
- Obligations
As you confirm these details and review the Lumin Extract outputs, Gatekeeper builds the contract record in real time.
When you finish, you land on a live record that’s instantly searchable and enriched with Lumin Insights (contract summary and obligations). From there, you can trigger reviews, approvals, or renewal workflows without delay.
Third Party Match Service: No more duplicate third parties
Contracts are only as good as the third parties they’re linked to.
The Third Party Match Service ensures that every agreement is tied to the correct third party. It checks for exact and close matches (using LuminIQ to detect near‑duplicates and naming variants).
If no trustworthy match exists, Gatekeeper automatically creates a new, clean third party record - keeping the link between contract, spend, and risk intact.

AutoContract and Third Party Match Service are available as part of the August 2025 Product Release for all Gatekeeper customers.
