Bulk Import Vendor Users

  Restore Visibility                                                                        Take Control

To get your Vendor Contacts imported into Gatekeeper en-masse, User Administrators can head to Settings ➡️ Users to upload CSV files:

The simplest way you can benefit from this feature is when migrating existing contact repositories into Gatekeeper - just format a spreadsheet using the template headers found on the Bulk Import screen and import the CSV!

Additionally, just like when you ▶️ Bulk Import Internal Users, you can use this if you need to amend existing contact details en-masse too!

Amend the "Editable Locations" for Custom Data

   Take Control

As your processes evolve over time, we allow you to adapt the control over your Gatekeeper data to match:

Configuration Administrators can now amend the "Editable Locations" option for your Custom Data Groups/Tabs

Previously this was locked in at the point of creating the Custom Data.

However, if your processes evolve to include new Workflows or Integrations, you can now update this setting to lock/enable the editable options for your Gatekeeper data!

Set "File Type" for any form attachment on a Workflow

  Restore Visibility                                                                        Take Control

While attaching Documents to Workflow Forms, users can also specify their "File Type", meaning you can collect more useful information as part of your structured assessments

Set "File Type" while copying files from Workflow Messages to the Form

  Restore Visibility                                                                        Take Control

Similar to the above update, if colleagues have attached documents to Workflow Messages which you want to transfer into the Form itself, you can do so while copying a File Type.

This means you can capture that useful piece of document information, with the flexibility of allowing it to come from ad-hoc conversation threads, rather than being constrained to only populate this for documents uploaded directly to the form

Workflow Config is all now auto-saved

    Take Control

While making changes to workflow configuration settings, Workflow Administrators no longer need to remember to hit ✅ Save; as soon as any updating any workflow setting, Gatekeeper will save your changes

NB. "Transitions" are the only setting to not be included in this update - you'll still need to hit ✅ Update to store your changes for those!

Edit Workflow Form & Field Settings from a Global Configuration View

   Take Control

When building workflows, editing which fields should be visible to which users and on which phases can be a time-consuming process to set up - especially if you have many fields & phases in your workflow!

To make this easier to configure, Workflow Administrators can edit all of these settings from a single global view:

Copy Form-Section-settings between Workflow Phases

   Take Control

Similar to the above update, in a move to reduce the amount of clicking & effort required to set up Workflow forms, users can now copy & paste form visibility settings to multiple other phases:
