The latest enhancements to Gatekeeper
1. Global Search
Our new Global Search feature provides you with the ability to search not just the meta-data of your files and objects but also the contents of your documents by using our advanced OCR functionality. You can learn more about this feature here.
What does this mean for you?
Global search removes the need for you to locate and open documents to find specific terms or clauses within them. You can now search all of the text and data from all of your objects and documents in an instant, saving you and your organisation valuable time.
2. Workflows - Ability To 'Lock' Currency Field
We have expanded our workflow forms' 'Locked' functionality to include the Currency field. You can learn how to do this here.
What does this mean for you?
If your organisation's Workflows consistently use the same currency for all contracts then the ability to lock your form's Currency field will help to reduce time in data entry as well as mitigate human error.
3. Supplier Portal - Allow Global Collaborators To Be Portal Administrators
For our Supplier Portal users, we have enhanced this area to allow Global Collaborators to become Supplier Portal Administrators. You can learn how to do this here.
What does this mean for you?
This substantially broadens the group of potential users that can be assigned as Supplier Portal Administrators. This status enables them to view the Supplier Dashboard, receive Supplier Messages and contribute to maintaining the Supplier Portal.
