Smart Forms - Now Available in all Gatekeeper Tenants

With the recent release of our new Smart Forms feature, we're enabling the ability to start creating & configuring Smart Forms in all Gatekeeper tenants.
Simply head to Settings ➡️ Configuration ➡️ Custom Data to get started!

Market IQ Lite - Now Available in all Gatekeeper Tenants
Restore Visibility Safeguard Compliance
To grant all Gatekeepers better visibility into the risk levels of their key vendor relationships, we're enabling Market IQ Lite for all tenants

Workflow Messaging - Highlight Card Creator
When selecting recipients in a Workflow Message, Gatekeeper will now highlight the Card Creator and position their name at the top of the recipients list to make them easier to select.
This will make it easier to tag the most relevant user to ask them questions about the form & process!
Workflow User Invitations - Set Default Vendor Portal Permissions
When inviting Vendors to collaborate on your Workflow Forms, you can now specify in advance what permission they will have as new Vendor Portal users
Available Vendor Permission Types 🧑🔧
Administrator: These users can manage which of their colleagues can also access the Vendor Portal, including adding new users or revoking user access
Collaborator: More of a "Read Only" user. These users can only populate information via Workflow Forms, Messages or by completing Events
Workflows - Sticky Configuration Tabs
While jumping between editing Workflow Phases, Gatekeeper will remember which settings tab you were using last to keep you on track with the object of your focus!
