The latest enhancements to Gatekeeper
1. AI Extract
We are very excited to release our new AI Extract feature which is one of the fastest and most accurate AI solutions available. The feature enables you to auto-extract all the key meta-data from your documents while using machine learning to match this with your existing data.
What does this mean for you?
Using AI Extract to process and extract data from your legacy and future documents provides enormous benefits to your organisation by saving time, reducing manual work, boosting compliance and removing the data duplication issues that are normally associated with manual data entry. 2. Workflows - Start An eSign Process On Any PDF
Our Workflow engine has been enhanced to facilitate eSign processes without the need for contract creation.
What does this mean for you?
This means you can now build dedicated eSignature specific workflows to trigger existing documents for Signing and incorporate all the required approval phases for the relevant stakeholders. Any file taken through eSign will be associated with a host (contract or supplier) for ease of reference and to prevent 'siloed' documents within the application. 3. Scorecards - Add Comments
Since releasing our new Scorecard Module last year one of the most requested enhancements has been to provide the ability for stakeholders to leave comments when filling out Scorecard Surveys. We are happy to announce that this has now been released.
What does this mean for you?
Administrators can now make it mandatory for Stakeholders to provide comments with their individual supplier survey scores to help provide more clarity and justification for their supplier assessments. For step by step instructions on how to create a Scorecard with comment fields click here.
4. Spend Module - Supplier Grand Total Spend
We have expanded our Spend module to include a new 'Grand Total Spend' field which reflects the combined historical spend associated with each individual Supplier.
What does this mean for you?
This provides you with the ability to get a high level view of the lifetime spend of your individual suppliers and provide a comparison against your suppliers as a whole. For an introduction to the Spend module click here.
