Overview:
The latest enhancement to Lumin Insights brings a deeper level of visibility into contractual obligations, enabling Legal, Procurement, and Finance teams to track critical internal and external commitments directly from the contract view.
What’s New:
When working with contracts that have a Master PDF, Lumin Summaries will now include extracted Obligations clearly and contextually—whether they’re internal responsibilities, or third-party commitments.

LuminIQ ROI Report Update to include a 12-Month Forecast
Overview:
Gatekeeper’s LuminIQ ROI Report now includes a Forecast Annual ROI field to help your team quantify the long-term value of AI-driven automation.
What’s New:
This enhancement allows you to project future return based on observed early wins, process improvements, and efficiency gains driven by LuminIQ Agents. You’ll find this new metric inside the ROI reporting dashboard, found within the Reports menu.

Overview:
Gatekeeper now provides a dedicated Integrations Menu, giving you direct visibility into over 1,700 prebuilt connectors available across the platform.
What’s New:
The new menu in the left-hand navigation helps users quickly discover, configure, and manage integrations that connect Gatekeeper with tools across your Contract and Third Party lifecycle. Whether you're syncing contract data, triggering workflows, or connecting with procurement, legal, or finance apps, this interface makes integration setup more accessible than ever.

Open Desktop Microsoft Word directly from Workflows
Overview:
You can now open and edit documents in your desktop version of Microsoft Word directly from any Gatekeeper workflow with OneDrive enabled.
What’s New:
When editing documents stored via OneDrive, users will see a new option to "Open on Desktop" alongside "Edit in OneDrive". This launches the document in your local Word app while still maintaining full version control.
