Q: How do we update an existing Contract Request workflow to retrofit AI Extract in the intake form?
A: Configuration-wise, this is easy to do

However, you will of course need to consider the user experience. If there are fields in the form which become redundant based on the user having already provided a contract document to initiate the process, these could be removed.
Similarly, if there are instructions in the form to attach a document, these instructions should be changed!
💡 One improvement you could also benefit from are where fields are populated on the rest of the workflow!
For example, if previously Contract Managers were responsible for populating metadata on later phases of your workflow, you could consider enabling those fields right at the start!
Q: Will we be able to retroactively populate our repository if we configure AI Extract after setting up the records in Gatekeeper
A: Yes - this is coming soon! As mentioned by Daniel in the webinar, this feature ("Lumin Enrich") is actively being worked on.
So you can definitely be doing the configuration work now knowing that you'll be able to use it to enhance the reporting & insights for your whole tenant in the near future!
