Your account has reached 100% of its Contract quota

Important: Only Live and Pipeline contracts count towards your quota. 


Please review your current Live and Pipeline contracts to identify records to be archived.

You can store an unlimited number of Archived contracts in your account to ensure you retain historical contract information. 


Next steps

To archive specific contracts, simply update the status for each contract record to “Archived” in the Contract Summary section. 


Gatekeeper also provides the option to auto-archive contracts after their expiry date has passed. If you haven’t yet set up auto-archiving of contracts, you can find out how to do so here
