The Action
Once a workflow card has completed any necessary eNegotiate actions and lands on a phase with the Upload Signed Document action enabled, the phase owner may provide a signed PDF version of the draft agreement to serve as the finalised "Master Contract Document"

After selecting this option, the user will be presented with a pop-out modal to attached the signed PDF along with any comments about the document:
Clicking ✅ Submit will complete the upload and fire the transition for the workflow card
