From new compliance safeguards to smarter workflow controls, this release continues our mission to reduce risk and simplify complex vendor and contract processes.

Contract Signing Safeguards for Unapproved Vendors

Gain complete control and oversight over who your teams contract with, safeguarding your organisation from risky or non-compliant vendors.

Prevent unauthorised engagements before they happen. Ensure that contracts are only signed with approved, vetted vendors to maintain compliance and reduce legal and operational risk.

A new in-platform safeguard triggers a warning when users attempt to eSign with an unapproved vendor. Overrides are logged for full auditability, giving teams a transparent trail for governance.
