Collaborative Functions
This article is a short summary of permissions associated with Collaborators.

Below we will find all collaborative functions available to users with the Collaborator Role.
Create Events
Create Events at Contract, Supplier, Category, Project and Team levels, assign owners and set auto-notifications
Messages
Send messages to other Gatekeeper users, colleagues who donβt use Gatekeeper or your Vendors. These Messages all appear in Gatekeeper with attachments in the Files area of the relevant Contract, Supplier or Project
Files
Keep all Contract, Supplier, Project and Entity files in Gatekeeper
Forms
Complete Workflow Forms
Track Items
Submit results of items that are being tracked at the Contract, Supplier or project level
