Gatekeeper’s latest release introduces eight focused improvements that reduce clicks, enhance security, and provide clearer insights.

The three headline features—Lumin Intake via Email, SCIM user management, and Sensitive Data controls—aim to streamline onboarding, automate account maintenance, and secure confidential data fields.

Supporting updates bring better search, cleaner ownership tags, improved eSign tracking and more flexible workflow dates. Together, they help Procurement capture every request, let Legal govern data with less manual review, provide Finance with a sharper view of spend, and free the C-Suite to move faster with confidence..

Lumin Intake via Email

Most people live in their inbox, especially when it comes to contracts. Sometimes you just want to send a contract into Gatekeeper to kick‑start a review.

Now you can.

Email a dedicated intake address, and Gatekeeper instantly turns that message into a workflow card that extracts all contract details and ownership information in seconds. Anyone who needs to work with this contract has all the information they need upfront. 

The contract is then routed through your existing approval steps, ideally using a Lumin Agent to review the contract in the following workflow phases.

  • Procurement captures every request at the source, enforces policy before spend is committed, cutting intake‑to‑approval times and eliminating “after‑the‑fact” contracts.
  • Legal gains instant visibility into new agreements, enabling earlier red‑flag spotting and smoother redlining because important clauses and datapoints are autonomously surfaced from the contract file.

SCIM (System for Cross‑Domain Identity Management)

Manual account updates waste time and create risk.

With the new SCIM connector for Azure Entra, user adds, moves, and leaves flow straight from your directory into Gatekeeper. Roles and groups stay in sync, so the right people keep the proper access—the rest don’t.

Sensitive Data Controls

Some fields and files are for limited eyes only. Administrators can now mark any item as Sensitive and set who can view, edit or export it. The platform masks that data in search, reports and APIs while logging every access for audit.

• Why it matters
  • Procurement can confidently share vendor banking, insurance, and compliance documents with internal stakeholders or auditors while keeping sensitive fields masked for everyone else.
  • Legal locks down privileged clauses, investigation notes, and attorney–client communications so only authorised roles can view, edit, or export them.
  • Finance safeguards sensitive pricing and payment terms in supplier contracts, limiting third‑party exposure and reducing leakage risk.
