Product Release Update - March 2025

  Estimated Read Time: 3 minutes

This month, we’ve released new Interconnect Recipes, new API Features, Enhancements to the Employee Portal and Vendor Portal  (and much more!)

Check out what’s new and how these updates can fit your processes.

Interconnect Recipe Additions

1) Add, update, and retrieve vendor users across your systems.

2) Automatically create workflow cards and ensure key processes trigger at the right time.

With these new Recipes, you’re no longer limited by manual processes or disconnected tools. Imagine a world where:

  • Vendor updates sync in real-time across multiple platforms
  • Approval workflows trigger automatically based on external data
  • Your systems communicate without manual intervention.

What could you automate next?

Set "Submit Requests" as default dashboard

For users whose top priority in Gatekeeper is submitting & monitoring workflow request forms via the Submit Requests dashboard, they can now set this to be the landing page whenever they log in to Gatekeeper

If desired, admins can set this as the default dashboard for all their colleagues en-masse with a bulk update

See this guide for more details 📖 Bulk Export & Import Users

Enable Two-Factor Authentication for Vendor Portal Users

For additional security, Admins can now require Vendor Users to complete Two-Factor Authentication when logging into the portal to collaborate on workflows

💡Alongside this new security setting, there is a configurable timeframe for how often Vendors need to re-authenticate!

For more guidance on configuring Vendor Portal settings, see 📖 Configuring the Vendor Portal

For an overview and demonstration of how you can use a Vendor Portal to improve your Vendor Interactions and Due Diligence processes, check out our webinar:

Customisable API Keys

You can now create multiple API keys to grant different access levels, revoke, and re-authorise access as needed.

Gatekeeper Configuration Admins can create, enable/disable, or delete custom API keys that define read-write permissions, with the ability to restrict access to specific data types.

Now you can keep access to your Gatekeeper repository and processes tightly controlled, granting only what's needed, nothing more.

Gatekeeper AI Updates

AI Contract Summary displays within Workflow Cards

For contracts with Master Records, the AI Contract Summary will display in the workflow card, ensuring everyone involved in the workflow process will have the context about the reason for the agreement and any noteworthy terms.

AI Contract Summary  now supports Richtext Formatting

Now that OpenAI has stepped up its formatting game to make AI summaries more readable, we're passing that on to you!

Contract Summaries will now include bold text, italics and even lists to make the summary information easy to read and digest!

For information about getting these for your Contracts, see 📖 AI Contract Summaries

Workflow AI Extract display the preview for Word Doc files

While using AI Extract to start Contract Request workflow forms, if a user has uploaded a Word Document as the contract, Gatekeeper will now preview this alongside the AI Extract review form, allowing easy reference and investigation!

For more information on this feature, see 📖 AI Extract in Workflows
