AI Extract v2 - Now Powered by Open AI 
In this Product Release, we're excited to announce the upgrade of our AI Extract feature:
When you upload Contract Documents, Gatekeeper will now use OpenAI's GPT-4o model to analyse the document, enabling better extraction of metadata for your Contract Records.
This change-over to OpenAI's cutting-edge language model will mean massive improvements to extraction speeds & accuracy for your data.
Like many of our new features, we're excited to get this into your hands but rest assured; we have some follow-up enhancements already in development. So be on the lookout for some of the below enhancements, which will allow you to get more value from Gatekeeper's OpenAI Partnership!
Included in this release with the switch to OpenAI GPT-4o:
Faster, more accurate data extraction
Easier mass-extraction (you can upload up to 10 files at once)
A new Kanban Board to easily track Processing/Ready to Create/Created Contracts
Coming in future releases:
Workflow Intake Form AI: Allow your users to leverage AI Extract while still forming part of a structured & controlled Contract Request & Approve process
Extract Custom Data: Save your own Prompts & Instructions for OpenAI to locate & extract any metadata from your Contract Documents
Retroactive Data Extraction: Backfill custom data in your repository for existing contract records, allowing you to report on any key metric as it comes along
The Gatekeeper Academy 
If you want to enhance your understanding of Gatekeeper, we now offer a comprehensive learning academy for all Administrator users.
This academy is designed to guide you through the fundamental concepts of Gatekeeper in a structured and easy-to-track format.
This first version of the Gatekeeper Academy is only available to Administrator Users, with courses available on the core Gatekeeper topics required to Restore Visibility by setting up your Repository & Users.
In the future, you'll be able to use the academy as a resource for onboarding new colleagues, providing insights on how to configure & enhance your tenant (including building workflows), and offering guidance on newly released features as they become available.

To enhance your tracking of Risks and the outcomes of your reviews and planning efforts, you can now expand the fields in your Risk Register to include both Inherent Impact and Probability, as well as Residual Impact and Probability.

Google Drive & Google Docs Integration
For those of you using Google as your Cloud workspace & Drive Storage, you can now embed these further into Gatekeeper with our Native Document Management integration.
With this integration activated, you can easily open and edit any Word documents you added to Gatekeeper directly in Google Docs.
This process will also create an automatic backup of the Gatekeeper file in your Google Drive, ensuring your documents are both accessible and secure across both systems.

New 'Contract AutoArchive' Notification Settings
When setting whether a Contract record should be AutoArchived*, you can now specify whether the Contract Owner will receive a notification that this clean-up task is about to run.
💡 Pro Tip: You can leave AutoArchive enabled even if you have an automated Contract Renewal Workflow in place!
The reason we have added this new option to disable AutoArchive notifications is to prevent your Contract Owners getting too many emails around their contract end dates!
DocuSign Integration Updates
To keep in line with DocuSign security & Display Updates, the DocuSign Integration will now display slightly differently when executed from within your Gatekeeper tenant.
Do I need to do anything about this? 🤷♂️
No, if you have previously set up your DocuSign integration, it will keep running as expected.
Just be aware that DocuSign no longer runs from a 'pop-up' within Gatekeeper. Instead, you will be taken to a new DocuSign tab in your browser to complete the signature request process.
