      Local Workflow Card Creator (View Only Access)

      The Local Workflow Card Creator View Only Access option grants all Card Creators view-only access to all open cards that they created in a specific workflow in Gatekeeper.

      This option is ideal for allowing Card Creators to maintain visibility of the progress and any updates related to their cards without providing them with the ability to see any card or complete any action on the workflow.

      How to Enable Local Workflow Card Creator View Only Access?

      1. Go to Workflows on the Navigation Menu.
      2. Click the Edit icon (three dots) against the Workflow you wish to enable the Card Creator (View Only Access) option.
      3. Select Local Workflow Authorisation from the drop-down menu.

      4. Enable Access in the Card Creator View Only Access section.
