LuminIQ
LuminIQ Agents - Workflow Form Update
LuminIQ is the intelligence layer built into Gatekeeper - extracting key terms, analysing clauses, surfacing risk signals, and turning unstructured documents into structured insights.
LuminIQ Agents take that a step further. They sit on top of your existing workflows and execute: reviewing, approving, and acting, hand-in-hand with the automation you've already built. By the time you click in, the work is done. You keep the judgment. Agents handle the execution around it.
Why it matters
Until now, LuminIQ Agents could review your workflow cards, surface briefing notes, and approve or reject phases - but they couldn't edit or work with information in your workflows. Someone still had to type in the values, update fields, and move information between sources. For high-volume workflows like vendor onboarding, contract renewals, and compliance reviews, manual data handling is where most of the time goes.
What's new
That changes with this release. Agents can now write to the workflow form, not just read from it. That's the difference between an agent that prepares your work, and an agent that does it.
When an agent is assigned to a workflow phase, it:
- reviews the information contained within a workflow card,
- evaluates data against its configured rules,
- writes values directly into form fields - populating, correcting, or enriching data from connected sources.
Connect and orchestrate LuminIQ Agents across your contract and third-party workflows — from risk review to data extraction to compliance checks. Instead of your team manually connecting every step, agents handle their part of the process so the whole workflow moves forward, and your team focuses on the decisions that need human judgment.
Every value an agent sets is fully visible and auditable in the card history. You stay in control - the agent handles the data entry, you handle the decisions.
What this looks like in practice
Vendor Onboarding: When a new vendor enters your onboarding workflow, LuminIQ Agents can extract company information from uploaded registration documents — business entity type, registered address, tax identifiers — and populate the corresponding form fields automatically. Before the card moves to your team for review, agents check for incomplete fields or inconsistencies between what's been submitted and what's required, so your team opens a card that's ready for a decision, not a data chase.
Contract Renewals: As contracts approach renewal, agents can pull pricing, payment terms, and renewal dates from the existing agreement and populate them into your renewal workflow forms. They can then compare incoming terms against your standard positions and previous terms — flagging deviations in liability caps, auto-renewal clauses, or pricing uplifts — so your team focuses on negotiating the exceptions, not re-keying the baseline.
Compliance Reviews: During periodic or event-triggered compliance reviews, agents can check uploaded documentation against your requirements — certificates of insurance, ISO accreditations, regulatory filings — update certification status and expiry fields, and populate risk scores based on what's present, what's missing, and what's expired. Your compliance team gets a pre-populated review with gaps already surfaced, not a folder of documents to manually cross-reference.
Any workflow phase where someone currently fills in, updates, or corrects form data can now have an agent handling that work automatically.

LuminIQ Savings Report - Cost versus Benefit Comparison
The LuminIQ Savings Report now displays agent-delivered savings alongside the amount you pay for Gatekeeper. This gives budget holders a single, clear view of return on investment, that can be used to show the incredible value that Gatekeeper AI Agents provide to you and your organisation.
Reports
Scheduled Reports
Why it matters
Stakeholders need regular reporting - but the person responsible for pulling and distributing those reports has better things to do than repeat the same steps every week. Thats why we have created the ability to schedule reports.
Whats New
Schedule the automatic delivery of any pre-built report to selected stakeholders on a recurring basis. Recipients get up-to-date data directly - without needing to log in or export anything themselves.
Report schedules are created, managed, and deleted directly within the report interface. You control what gets sent, to whom, and when.
What changes for your team
- Stakeholders stay informed with the latest data - automatically
- No more relying on someone to remember to run and send reports
- Time currently spent on repetitive report generation goes back to your team

The Vault
Bulk Data Importer - Redesigned
Getting data into Gatekeeper just got simpler. The bulk import experience has been completely redesigned with a more intuitive process for importing data - clearer field mapping, better validation feedback, and support for up to 5,000 rows per import.
Whether you're onboarding for the first time or managing ongoing data updates, the new importer reduces errors and gets your data in faster. The previous importer remains available as Legacy Bulk Import during the transition.
What's improved:
- Smarter field mapping that's easier to follow
- Clearer validation so you can fix issues before they become problems
- Support for larger datasets - up to 5,000 rows per import (via background job)
- Faster, more reliable data onboarding from day one

More Updates
- Third Party logos in Vault and Reports: Third Party logos now appear alongside names in the Vault list view and pre-defined reports, making it faster to identify the right Third Party at a glance.
- Refreshed User Interface: Menu and Typography: Two visual improvements ship together this month. The main navigation menu has been refreshed with improved layout, spacing, and interaction design. The application typography has been updated to a modern font that maintains readability across all screen sizes.
- Integer fields block leading zeros: Integer-type custom fields now consistently prevent values with leading zeros from being entered or saved, improving data quality across your records.
- SCIM - Weekly summary settings: IdP administrators can now set a default Report Summaries preference for SCIM-provisioned users directly in the SCIM configuration. The setting applies at initial provisioning, so new users are enrolled from their first login.
- User reassignment - select all across pages: When reassigning items between users, administrators can now select all items of a specific type across every page in one action - no more page-by-page selection.
